This Privacy Policy explains how Momenta Network Labs Corp. ("Momenta," "we," "us") processes personal data when you:

2. When we are a controller vs. a processor

  • Website + sales/marketing + vendor/partner management: Momenta is the data controller.
  • Customer use of the Services: In many cases, Momenta processes data on behalf of a customer (the customer is the controller; Momenta is the processor). In those situations, our processing is governed by the customer agreement and our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). If you are an end user, please contact the customer you interact with for privacy requests.

A. Website & communications (controller)

We collect personal data that you provide to us directly and that we collect automatically when you use our website.

Information you provide:

  • Contact information: name, work email, phone number, company, job title
  • Communications: emails/messages you send us, meeting notes, support inquiries, and other communications

Information collected automatically (device/usage):

  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location (derived from IP), timestamps, referring URLs, pages viewed, and basic website logs

We process personal data to:

We do not sell personal data.

We operate a cloud-native service hosted on infrastructure in North America. Where personal data is transferred internationally (e.g., from the EEA/UK/Switzerland), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where required.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and incident management processes. (Detailed controls are further reflected in our security documentation and DPA.)

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:

  • Website/prospect communications: typically 24 months after last interaction
  • Service data: per customer instructions and contract/DPA; otherwise for the duration of the account and a limited period after deletion (30 days)
  • Security logs: 180 days unless needed for investigations or legal requirements

10. Your rights (EEA/UK and similar regimes)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, portability, and withdraw consent (where applicable).

You can exercise rights by contacting legal@momenta.network. If we process data as a processor for a customer, we may route the request to the customer/controller.

11. Children

Our website and Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. EU/UK Representative and supervisory authority

Momenta has appointed an EU Representative under Article 27 GDPR.
